An organization, association or person(s) that is developing programming or activities in support of the creation of new work. Emerging Program Members shall be encouraged not to exceed a three-year period at this membership level.

Dues = $250 year

*Note: Alliance membership is based on the calendar year. Renewals are sent out once annually, though you may choose to renew later in the year.
